No, we don’t charge anything for the initial design and proposal stages. It is our job to craft a design that you’ll love, and hope that you’ll choose Missouri Neon Company to build it with you.
Typical full-custom lead times can average anywhere from 6 weeks to 18 weeks depending on the current season & production queue, and the size, scope, and complexity of the project’s design. If we’ve done an identical sign design before, this cuts much of the lead time down.
Possibly the most-often-asked question of all, it also is among the most difficult to answer accurately. Depending on site location, sign design, and many other variables, we’ve delivered projects as low as a few hundred for simple interior wall signage, to $2,000,000+ full-breadth casino sign packages.
We work with just about any budget and concept- seriously. If you’ve got something in mind, our Account Executive team’s specialty is bringing the best out of our client’s ideas, and making them a reality.
Depending on existing permitting, location, and what your current signage structure is engineered for, many times the answer is ‘Yes’- and often we are able to spare our clients from re-permitting their signage altogether, even with digital retrofit upgrades.
Your municipality, physical signage location, and advertising purpose play the primary roles in determining if a new sign requires permitting or not. As a rule of thumb, if it’s inside your city limits and is new-construction outdoor signage (pylon, monument, etc.), it will likely require a permit. Thankfully, Missouri Neon offers full permit procurement as part of our complete package!
